Description

This program helps local governments preserve farmland through local planning and zoning and to provide tax relief to landowners.

Eligibility

All land zoned as agricultural is eligible. Farmland must meet gross profit requirements of $6,000 gross farm annual income per year. Soil and Water conservation standards must be met.
